Hansson Reading group

Reading group (year 2010-2011) on Sven Ove Hansson's The Structure of Values and Norms, Cambridge UP, 2001. Targeted to PhDs and Post-docs. Everyone interested is welcome.

Everybody reads as much as they can for one hour. Then we discuss for one hour.

Wednesday, 14h-15h, departement meeting room. (Reading starts at 13h!)

1. 1 dec. Chapter 2. (We skip the prolegomena)
2. 8 dec. Chapter 3. We finish discussion of chapter 2, so no need to cover the whole chapter if it's hard. (It's only 8 pages). Exceptional time: reading 10h15-11h15, discussion 11h15-12h15.
3. 15 dec. Chapter 5, on combinative preferences. (Chapter 5 only depends on chap. 2.)
4. 22 dec. Chapter 6, on combinative preferences. Exceptional time: reading 12h-13h, discussion 13h-14h.
5. 2 fev. Chap 6, with additional revision of 2,3,5. Time schedule: 13h-14h revision, 14h-15h reading, 15h-16h chap 6.
6. mardi 8 fev. 10h-12h. chap 6, final part.
